The camera is mounted to the dolly and the camera operator and focus puller or camera assistant usually ride on the dolly to push the dolly back and forth.




The dolly is used to produce images which involve moving the camera toward or away from a subject - dolly shot

The rule of thirds is a guideline which applies to the process of composing visual images such as designs

The guideline proposes that an image should be imagined as divided into nine equal parts by two horizontal lines and two vertical lines
important  elements should be placed along these lines or their intersection.

Chrome keying is a visual effects / post-production technique for layering two images or videos together based on color hues.


This is often used to remove the background of images so the background can be replaced. It is used in most films and is becoming very popular in the music industry
